Hello Supriti, You have very thin chances of making it to a government medical college or top private college even in West Bengal state with your rank. Outside state colleges might be impossible as it woud require much lower ranks. You may however get in a Govt Dental college in WB.

Getting a medical seat depends not only on your neet marks but it also depends on your reservation category. With 30000 you might not get college if you belong to unreserved category. There are few chances if you belong to SC/ST category. Moreover you cannot get private medical College under all india quota as they are filled by 85% state quota seat.
