my AIR rank 51305 and sc rank is 3826 in jee mains paper 2, which govt college can i get according to my rank in b.planning or b.arch???

Chajces are extremely low for any NITs or CFTIs for Architecture courses under SC category as cutoffs are within 2500 ranks.
You can get NIT Raipur onky ifcutoff drops substantial.
You can however get private architecture colleges like DIT Dehradun and ICL Ambala and Punjab Technical University Jalandhar.
