my AIR rank is 134356 can I get a MBBS collage in all india counselling in any gov/semi gov collage ?pz explain ?

Hey,
Sorry to say but it's like impossible to get a government seat under All India Counseling at this rank. You have not even mentioned your category but I don't think even your category will fetch you a seat under All India Counseling.
If you have a state domicile they might be a possibility but that also can't be said with surety as it will completely depend on the state you belong as well as the seats in your state.
