My AIR rank is 13815 and obc rank is 1530. is there any chance of getting any of the NLU?

On basis of your AIR rank you will not be getting any of the NLU but based on your OBC rank there are chances and that is also subject to availability of seats for which you need to regularly check for the updates related to admission.
