My Air rank is 80000 and my OBC rank is 22000 and I am a delhite will I get cs in nsit or dtu

If you are talking about your rank in IIT JEE then being a Delhiite doesn't affects your chances of admission. Since your OBC Rank is well enough, you can get CSE in NSIT, but not in DTU. Just try during the counselling rounds.
