Hello aspirant,
If you belong to the ST category then you do have chances in Dental course. Otherwise you can't get a seat. You have only chances of getting Dental in some private colleges through State Quota in you belong to the ST category. For other category you don't have chance. If you want admission you can get it through managemant quota. Better you can give a drop and prepare better for next year, score 550+ and get a good MBBS college. If you can pay the hefty management fees then you need not to worry about your rank as you will get any private colleges .
Few insititution have their own examination like Manipal.
You can apply to any college with your rank if you are good in financial condition because it varies between 15-18 lakh per year .
