My all in India rank in JEE Mains 2022 is 224456 and Category rank in EWS is 29043. Would I get any NIT or IIIT ?

Unfortunately you don't have chances to get into the any of the NITs /IIITs. Instead you should keep private colleges as a back or if your home state belongs to one these like Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Srinagar Agartala, Manipur then you do have chances to get there.
