In JEE if you want to get any sort of government colleges your All india rank must be within 4 lakhs at least according to previous year trends. However this year lot of changes have occurred. With a JEE main OBC rank of 85000 you can realistically expect to get any seat in GFTIs or lower NITs through CSAB Counselling. Please visit csab official site for more information. There is no official statewise or territory wise rank given officially by JOSAA or JEE board. However it would depend on the number of OBC students appearing from Delhi. So by guesswork, you can expect to be in 10k range in Delhi.
