According to your rank you can have bams or bhms seat in your state quota.

If you want to have mbbs or bds then you can go for private medical colleges counselling of your state. And have them. They are somewhat expensive.

Apply for west Bengal neet counselling and do the choice fillinf for bhms or bams.

As you have not specified your category i assume that you are from unreserved category and according to this year trends and cutoffs your rank is a bit too low for government medical colleges though you may apply in private medical colleges also you should prepare better and appear next year for an assured seat in a government medical college.
