my all india rank is 3611 can i get patna aiims?

As per your question, according to your AIR in NEET of 3611 you have good chances to get AIIMS but you shall not get AIIMS patna as per your rank in NEET. As also you have not mentioned your category so am considering you under general category. So as per this rank you have better chances to get AIIMS like:-
1) AIIMS Delhi - All India Institute of Medical Sciences:-MBBS
2) AIIMS Bhopal - All India Institute of Medical Sciences:-MBBS
These are the AIIMS which you may get as per your given rank in NEET as per your category.

As you have not mentioned your category, I have provided the cutoff ranks of last year for all categories:
For General : 720
For OBC : 27271
For SC : 9762
For ST : 12868
For PWD : 720
EWS : 720
so, if you are among OBC, ST or SC, you have good chances to get AIIMS Patna.
