my all india rank is 60238 in provisional merit list of mht cet.But Maharashtra Candidates get 23k rank with same percentile that i have got.Why there is so huge difference and which college can i get for chemical engineering

Each year the cutoff changes due to many reasons like difficutly level,total students appearing for exam etc,so its quite tough to predict your chances into colleges.but based on previous year analysis and your rank we cant find your possbilites intocolleges.note that MHTCET can be wriiten by students outside maharastra state.so the AIR may definetly vary from state merit rank.however with your AIR you cannot have chances to fetch seat in government coleges of government aided colleges of maharastra.below are few list college you can have chances to get into with your AIR for chemical engineering:
