You have chance but it's like you must try calling in the admin of the college's you prefer to go.

Dear Fayaz

Sorry for all. And also due to the recent government rule I came to know that some states are excluded from the all India quota. Your state is one in that. Really sorry for the wrong information provided by me in the previous query.

And just I had seen your conversation with the another guy.

Definitely, we will take the necessary decision.  Really sorry for the inconvenience
