According to previous years analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of candidates from general category, level of difficulty of neet etc etc, also since rank fallout pattern is entirely different this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,last year cut off ra nk for state quota in up was 24680 rank against 492 marks for government colleges through state quota , so if we look at previous years data then acc to previous years cut off analysis you might not have a chance for govt colleges in up.
