my all india sc rank in clat 2020 is 1583 ,and i am not invited for round one of counselling ,so is there any chance that i wiill be called by consortium for counselling for round 2 or round 3

Hi there,

The NLU Consortium will invite candidates FIVE times the number of available seats in each category.

Also note that:

Candidates who have not received invite for the counselling process in the first round may be called during subsequent rounds, in case of vacancies, if any, arises in that particular category.

There are fair chances that you will be called for coming rounds since with your category rank you are eligible for all NLUs on the country.
