my all Indian obc rank is 8545. and all India obc rank is 984 . I belong to ebc category and I have domicile of Bihar is there any chance of getting cnlu plz reply ???

Hope you are doing well.
On the basis of your rank obtained there seems less chances of yours to get a seat in CNLU.The rank you obtained does not comes under the closing rank required to get a seat in CNLU when compared with previous year closing rank.The previous year closing rank for EBC Category was around 6707 for the first round.You can also visit the link below to see previous year closing rank of CNLU:
