Hello Aspirant ,
Self study is the key , practising previous year questions , Reading NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard line by line , practicing daily Mcqs, revise named reactions in chemistry , Formulas of physics and revising the important diagrams will help you secure a very good rank .
Give Grand test and review your mistakes, make a notebook and add the extra points which you found new.
Find out your weak points and areas in which you are loosing marks and work on them don't loose hope and don't stop keep working.
Revise Daily .
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration . Take a time table and try to stick to it .
Stay consistent , commit to yourself.
After all this Spend some time with your family and/or go for a walk.

You have to do hard work on to improve your marks from 100 to 570. Attempt more and more questions to boost up your confidence level
Work on your weak portions, revise all the topics thoroughly and highlight the important topics for last minute revision.
Stay away from any distractions in this crucial period of time and just focus on your goals
You can surely achieve your target by a little hard work.
I will suggest you to attempt 1-2 mock tests alongwith the Allen mock test apart from 5-6 hours of revision.
