my allotted college is purniya ,so I need to report to college or IAS bhawan patna first,,,sir plz any one reply??

Hi Saket,
you need to report to ARC which in this case is IAS bhavan I am presuming
first report there
and call the college authorities for the same
It will help you in gaining in depth information
