So as per your region, just check whether you manage to cross the cutoff or not. However, you can pursue horticulture, if you want because the cutoff closing rank will be of 18796-18806. Also for pursuing horticulture, you have also secured more than than the minimum qualifying rank. So it's better suggested for you to pursue horticulture rather than agriculture, but if you want to pursue agriculture, better try for another time and secure more marks so that you can qualify and get the course of your choice.
