my a.p eamcet rank is 28473.can i get cse in vvit. i also have CAP.can i get cse in vvit in 1st round of councelling? i am open category student.

With the above mentioned rank in Open category in AP EAMCET, you have very difficult chances of getting VVIT Guntur for CSE branch as the Closing rank for CSE branch for previous years was around 2829 in Open category. So, it will be difficult to get CSE branch in VVIT.
