My application status is changed to 'Old cutoff'. what does that mean??

Dear candidate, hope you are doing well, I'm sorry to say but I can't help you until and unless I get to know complete information about the examination which you were applying for, or the counseling you are attending right now. So please ask your question again so that we can help you with clearing your doubts.
