Well,B.Com is one of the most sought after courses in the University of Delhi. So,all the good colleges have generally high cutoffs which could be as high as 98 percent or so. And the admission have closed at most places and the vacant seats are geverally filled through Special Drive which is only applicable for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe,EWS,Physically disabled.

See,with your marks there are chances that you get  Deen Dyal,PHDAV,Shivaji,Aurobindo and few more.

You have not mentioned your category.

Anyways if you belong to general category than there is very less chance that you'll get any other college for B.Com because seats in most of the colleges are already filled. However l, if you belong to reserved category, than you have pretty high chances of getting a decebt college in 6th or subsequent cutoffs

Having said that cutoffs change every year, so be updated with the official website for cutoff., and hope for the best.
