My best four percentage is 89.3%(general category) and i'm looking further for b.sc (maths) or b.sc(computer science) So which colleges may i get in DU ?

with such percentage you may difficulty in getting a seat in delhi university as we all know delhi university cutoff really goes high , however looking at expected cutoff of delhi university you may get ramjas college if belonging to ST category and gargi college too.
