94.5% is a decent best of four marks. Since, the cut offs vary every year, so it's difficult to predict the name of colleges exactly. But with this much score, you'll get a pretty good college as further cut offs will be released.
Since you've also mentioned your category, so there are good chances of getting a better college. English hons is very popular and most sought after courses of DU.
