You've mentioned your 'Best Four' percentage but not the course you want to pursue so it's difficult to predict colleges for you. If you are into Arts or Commerce, then it will be a bit difficult for you to get admission in 2nd or 3rd cut off. However, as further cut offs will release there's chances of you getting a college.

And for science courses, science score percentage is taken into consideration that is either PCM or PCB percentage without including the language subject so the eligibility criteria is different here.

But you've also not mentioned your category but still with this score you will surely get admission in a college as further cut offs will be released because the cut offs will decrease so you'll be able to secure a seat.

your percentage is good but delhi university cutoff goes very high, so with such percentage you might be not able to get a seat in cutoff , delhi university will release its first cutoff on 12 october,2020 , however looking at expected cutoff you may get SRCC if belonging to ST category, hindu college , miranda house.
