My bhu pet is 197 general in English and my marks is 126. Is there any chance that I can get through into the university?

Your marks and thus your rank is decent enough in order to get admission in Banaras Hindu Unversity. This analysis is based on the previous year's cut off. Last year, the closing rank for this course was 584, thus you have surely made through it, even though the cut offs change every year.
