Although their are only 136 SC category seats in your state and you have secured 164 SC state rank, you still may have a chance of getting MBBS government college in your state under state qouta.

Assuming that students having a rank above you, may get other Medical college in other states of India through all India qouta, some students may choose Aiims (if they get an Aiims college) over neet.

But still a surity if seat cannot be determined.

It never happens that everyone comes for the counselling but still most of them will definitely come. As you are just around the boundary line so I suggest you to go for the counselling and have a look what will happen. Most probably if god favours you will get a seat.
