No, you cannot appear for NDA 2 2019 as the age limit of NDA 2 2019 is that The age range for NDA 2 2019 is from 2ndJan 2001 to 2ndJan 2004. The actual date of birth mentioned in your matriculation certificate will be taken as final. So, you are not eligible for NDA2 2019.
