In order to appear for SSC CHSL 2022, candidates need to attain 18 years by 1st January of 2023, in your case you will be more than 18 years as on prescribed date ,
hence you fulfill age criteria, other than this if you want to appear for DEO in C&AG then it's mandatory to 10+2 from a recognized board with science stream having mathematics, for other posts of LDC/JSA/PA/SA you need to merely pass 10+2 from a recognized board.
