For Indian Naval Academy: You should not have been born before January 2nd 1997 and after January 1st, 2002: So you are not eligible here

For Airforce Academy: You should not have been born before January 2nd 1997 and after January 1st, 2001: So you are not eligible here

For SSC: You should not have been born before January 2nd 1997 and after January 1st, 2002: So you are not eligible here

Unfortunately no, the age eligibility is that a candidate must not born earlier than July 2, 1996 and not later than July 1, 2002 for  Officer's Training Academy through CDS. For IMA and INA candidate must not born earlier than July 2, 1997 and not later than July 1, 2002. For AFA  candidate must not born earlier than July 2, 1997 and not later than July 1, 2001. As you have not fulfilled the age eligibility criteria you are not eligible.
