my birthdate is 29/04/2004 can still i eligible for ssc chsl 2022

No ,You are not eligible  to  apply for SSC(Staff Selection Commission ) CHSL(Combined Higher Secondary Level ) 2022 as you do not fulfill  the minimum age requirement which is you must  be atleast 18 years of age by first of the  January of 2022 but you will be 17 till this date and  you will be 18 years of age post this date i.e on 29  April 2022.

You can apply for it from next SSC CHSL (2023) as you will fulfill the minimum age  eligibility  by then.

The minimum age to appear for SSC CHSL 2022 is 18 years as On January 1, 2023. Your age as on January 1, 2023 will be 18 years 8 months 3 days. So you are eligible to apply for SCC CHSL 2022 as your age will be above 18 years provided you must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board for LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO posts and to apply for Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) post you must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board.

A candiate must be between age group of 18 to 27 years to be eligible for SSC HCL. 27 years is upper age limit in general category, whereas relaxation are provided in upper age limit of reserved cast.

As per information provided by you. You will be 18 years old in 2022. So, yes you can apply for SSC HSL 2022 .
