Yes , with your date of birth on 22 january 1996 you are eligible for Neet 2021 examination.
This is because ,
There's no upper age limit for neet, earlier there was age limit of 25 years for Neet but now this matter is in Supreme Court and till the supreme court passes judgement on it, there is no upper age limit for neet examination
And now there's Only minimum age limit according to which ,
to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021 and you fulfil this criteria as you are more than 17 years old with your date of birth on 22nd January 1996 and thus you are eligible
Apart from age,
To be eligible you must have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got :-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
So, if you fulfill this percentage requirement in PCB for your category then you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination.
