My bitsat score is 224 is there any chance to get chemical engineering at bits Pilani or Hyderabad?

No! You have no chance of getting it. The previous year cut-off for BITS hyderabad for chemical engineering branch is 260. In pilani it is 280. So, it is difficult to get seat for you in BITS.
