My bo4 marks is 94.5% can I (unreserved) into DCAC for journalism and IPCW for English as the cut off will increase this year.

You might be able to secure a seat in your desired course by the second or third cutoff. Don't limit yourself for the colleges all the the colleges under DU are equally good.
