If you belong To home state Quota then You will get Admission in any field What you want.
If yiu belong to AIO then There is very slim chance to get an admission in CSE..This data is Taken from.Last year cutoffs.
You may get in to Biotechnology & Biomedical.

With a rank of 125k it is difficult to get CSE dcrust. Since the cutoff for jee advanced is 89% you have also not qualified for it. I would suggest taking a drop or write other competitive exams to take admission in engineering colleges.
