If your status of receiving study materials isn't updated, then you may raise an enquiry for the same at https://igram.ignou.ac.in/, or you can also write email to ssc@ignou.ac.in (mailto:ssc@ignou.ac.in) from your registered email-id stating your problems, other than this you can also refer egyankosh, it's like a digital library for IGNOU students, you will be able to access and download your course study materials, it's just the digital version of your printed study material, check out at https://egyankosh.ac.in/ to know more details regarding this, if you're unable to find your course study materials, mention the name of the course you've enrolled for I will help you out with the same.

If you have taken admission in IGNOU in the January 2022 Cycle then I would like to tell you that you would first get a confirmation mail regarding your admission being approved and after around 2 months or so you will receive your Study Material for the course, only if you have opted for the hard copy during registration.
