my born in Gujarat but some reason I am std 12th passed with bihar open board so i am eligable for Gujarat state quota year 2020 what rules

The reservation depends on which course you are trying to opt the professional course or Non-professional courses.

Now the Domiciliary Quota have the eligibility that you ,must be a domicile for at least 10 years Gujrat. So if you live in Gujrat with 10 years then their is a fair probability of getting it.

But according to the new rules , the state from which you are passing your 10+2 is taken to be your domiciliary state, so yeah there is also a fair chance of not getting your Gujrat state quota.

I will suggest you to go through the college website in which you are trying to take admission at and check what reservations that college offers.
