my born year is 2002 and i will graduate in 2023 can i fill form in 2023 and give exam of upsc

Hello,

As per the eligibility criteria  laid out for UPSC, candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, there is no specific aggregate required in this, and candidates in the final year too are eligible, now what is your month of birth, as per the age criteria candidates need to be 21 years old as on 1st August of the appearing year, and that is by 1st August of 2023 if you attain 21 years you can appear for UPSC 2023, if not then you have to apply for the next year, hope this clears your doubt.
