My bro has got 11000 rank in comedy can he get a seat in bms college either in ECE or cse branch

Your brother's rank in COMEDK UGET 2018 is not that much to fetch him BMS College of engineering with branches like CSE or ECE or ISE.
His rank is a bit low but he can try for other top colleges like BMSIT,DSCE,ACHARYA,etc.
