My brother get 249 marks (Rank-8300 apx) in MMM Gorakhpur. Can he get any branch in MMM?

Considering him to be a general , he can not get any branch in MMM. In case , he is from a reserved category , there seems some chances for mechanical and civil branch . But , i would advise you to choose your branch wisely according to your area of interest .
