I got a seat in Lpu Punjab for the same
So should I leave the seat in an impression that I will get a seat in ipu

Yes chances are there in IPU. You will have to take a risk in order to choose the one you are interested in.
But if compared then which one is better than the other

But if I proceed for counselling at ipu for the rank I got then which colleges should I give as my preference as I dont konw the all colleges affiliated under IPU
So I request you to give the name of colleges under IPU providing bio tech degree in the order of their ranking
