My brother got 30390 rank in ap eamcet. He is EBC candidate of OC- Caste.Can he get seat in PVP siddhartha engineering college in CSE branch

as you brother secured rank of 30390 it is very good
so according to the analysis your brother no able to get a seat in PVP siddhartha college
as the cut off rank is very low
so he might not able to get a seat in that college of CSE college
but in another branches of pvp siddhartha college your brother can get it
