I think you might be aware that there is no free exit in round 2 of AIQ counseling. If you don't report the college and get admission then you will loose your security fee and also will not eligible for further round in AIQ counseling. So search about the College rankings and every facilities and if you are okay with everything then you should probably take admission and save your security deposit.

Now if we talk about up state counseling then here also you will get a govt seat very easily at your rank. First round Cut off in up State counselling for general category was AIR 15450 ( GMC, bahraich). so you will easily get govt college in up State.
