I am sorry to tell you but your brother has not qualified Neet with 97 marks, so he is not eligible for Bams as qualifying neet is compulsory even to take admission in private colleges.
I suggest your brother, to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil his dream of becoming a doctor.
