Your brother have quite a few options and decide upon his career. Mind it that every option is the best option actually when one is fully dedicated to it.

· He may opt for B.Tech/B.E. is finding a job is not of immediate concern to him and if he is young.

· He may prepare for JE exams such as RRB JE
