My brother is completed post graduate from English literature but he could not get any platform now.so please give some idea to do best

Since your brother has completed the Post Graduate degree from English literature then he can also opt the option as an lecturer of English Department at various top class university like JNU, DELHI UNIVERSITY, JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY etc. I guess it will be a better as well a preffered option.
