my brother is gonna be giving gseb 12 sci improvement exam in 2021 as he already knows he will be scoring less marks and also he wants to give neet in 2021 so should he fill in the neet application form that he is appearing in 12 in 2021??

Hi,
Well since you have already given the exam and now you are opting for improvement, so that's why you cannot fill the form as a appearing student and you will have to register as a already given student. Just fill in your details as a high school passout student.
