Dear student,
First and foremost, let me make it clear that you cannot get into an IIT by passing the JEE Main exam. To get into an IIT, you must first pass the JEE Main exam, after which you must sit for the JEE Advanced exam, and if you perform well in that JEE Advanced exam, you will get admitted to one of the 23 IITs.
Now I will answer your first question which is whether you will get any NIT on 89.35 percentile in JEE Main being a general category student. So let us do some analysis below.
If we look at the percentile you have mentioned then we will find that your general rank will be somewhere around 108950 - 122475.
You can check your rank yourself by going through our rank predictor tool. I am attaching the link for it below.
You should note that the actual rank and predicted rank can vary as it depends on various factors.
Now on this rank, there is very low chance that you will get seat in any NITs unless you belong to Noertheast states. You have chances to get few low cutoff branches if you participate in CSAB counseling.
If tell you about how much you should score to get an NIT being a general category student, then I will suggest you to score 97.5+ to get an NIT with a decent branch placement wise.
I also recommend that you give it your all in the remaining JEE Main tries, which will be held later this month (July). To go over the supplement created by our professionals to help you prepare for JEE Main. I've also included a link to it below.

All the very best!!
