Yes, you are eligible for an EWS certificate. The EWS reservation is based upon family's annual income and asset ownership. It will be applied without any specific religion or caste.


If your family's yearly income is less than or equal to Rs. 8 lakhs, and if you fulfill other conditions for EWS, then you can apply for and receive the certificate and get all benefits through the 10% EWS reservation of the central government in education, employment, etc.
