my cast is SBC but there is no option in neet form to fill this category so what I can do But I don't have ncl certificate

Greetings!

Ranjana ,as you belong to sbc category you need to choose the category obc ncl dear while filling the neet application form .

For your neet preparation, you should first go through class 11 and 12th syllabus of pcb well and then   practise numericals and mcqs chapterwise  ,then  go through past 39 year chapterwise papers of neet aipmt book for each of Physics, Chemistry and Biology by arihant and once you are done with the complete neet syllabus go through mock test papers.
