University of Delhi is known for its multi-cultural crowd. You will see more students of other states than Delhi itself. So, there is no issue regarding your Caste certificate regardless of the state it have been issued to you. You can still apply in DU colleges.

Also, DU have UR, SC\ST, OBC, EWS, DEFENCE, and SPORTS QUOTA. So, you can apply under OBC category in University of Delhi. You are eligible.
